- _Break eggs into a basin, season lightly with salt,pepper, tomato,red pepper and parsley
- _whisk untill the yolks and whites are thoroughly combined and no steaks of whites can be seen.
- _Heat the pan ,add oil and heat untill foaming
- _Add the eggs and cook quickly, moving the mixture continuously with a fork until lightly set,remove from the heat
- _Sharply tap the pan on the stove to loosen the omelette and toss it over
